Private Yoga Instruction

Private instruction enables the teacher to work with you in each pose and correct your alignment, offer props as a way to benefit and support you in the pose, and offer modifications. Private instruction is good if you are recovering from an injury, interested in taking your practice to a deeper level, or looking  to gain flexibility.                                                                          

Hatha Yoga Class

A gentler yoga class using postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and clear, peaceful mind. This is a great class to work on alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga, while building strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga Class

A powerful, energizing vinyasa yoga practice where students fluidly move from one pose to the next, while connecting their breathing to their movements. Sequencing is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series as a guide. 


Challenging class - All levels welcome 

Gentle Yoga & Restorative Blend

A peaceful, relaxing, self-soothing yoga class that focuses on opening, releasing, and letting go. Yoga bolsters, blocks, and straps are used to find positions of ease and comfort.

A gentle and relaxing yoga class that focuses on stretching and releasing tension deep within the muscles. Straps and blocks are used to help the student get deeper into the stretch.

Restorative Yoga Class

In a restorative yoga practice, the focus is not on stretching  or strengthening but on releasing. We release tension in the muscles 

and gently stimulate the organs through long-held poses designed to support and comfort. To achieve comfort a variety of props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, sandbags, and eye pillows may be used. Restorative yoga allows us to relearn the art of relaxation while developing the skills and abilities to self-soothe. It enhances our healing capacity through helping us regulate the stress response and re-balance the nervous system.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by an advanced (light) "hands-on" technique and is based on the idea that "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique healing system. The practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement  and flexibility.
